- Grapes: White Bianca Malvasia 90%, Tuscan Trebbiano 90%.
- Wine-Making: Drying up occuring for about 6 months, followed by a soft but resolute pressing obtaining a flowe must very rich in sugar (about 30%).
- Ripening and Refining: In barriques using selectioned leavens, then refining in bottle.
- Colour: Golden with amber reflexes.
- Scents: Yellow fruti like peach, apricot and dry fruti mainly almond.
- Serve at: 61°F.
