Specifications
- Grapes: White Bianca Malvasia 80%, Tuscan Trebbiano 20%.
- Wine-Making: Drying up occuring for about 4-5 months, followed by a soft but resolute pressing obtaining a flowe must very rich in sugar (about 30%).
- Ripening and Refining: In kegs placed under the foofs of the columbaries for a period of 4 years o more, then in bottle ofter a first decanting.
- Colour: Tuscan Vinsanto amber.
- Scents: Dry fruit with presence of citrus fruit.
- Serve at: 65°F.
