Specifications
- Grapes: Sangiovese 80%, Canaiolo 10%, Colorino 10%.
- Wine-making: Fermentation into contact with the rinds of 18-20 days at a temperature of 28-30 degrees.
- Ripening and refining: In barriques and cement vats, afterwards in bottle.
- Colour: Intense ruby red.
- Scents: Primary of red fruit, secondary of spices with light balsamic taste.
- Serve at: 65°F.
